Development Program

The USA Lacrosse National Team Development Program (NTDP) provides the nation's top middle and high school boys' and girls' players with a proven pathway to elite competition and future U.S. Youth National Team opportunities.

Through a multi-stage identification and training process, the NTDP brings together the country's most promising athletes for high-level coaching, advanced skill development, and meaningful competition. Designed to challenge and elevate players in a national team environment, the program helps athletes reach their full potential while building the future of our national team program.
