Seven-time world champions
The United States is the reigning U20 world champion after beating Canada 23-6 to win the 2024 World Lacrosse Women's World Championship. The victory was the sixth world championship for the United States in eight tries since the event was first held.
<p>The U19/U20 program has helped showcase some of the top young players in the country since the event began, with several stars heading on to the U.S. senior team, including Lauren Aumiller, Sarah Bullard, Ally Carey, Kayla Treanor and Acacia Walker in recent years. </p><p>Seven players from the 2024 U20 team transitioned right away to the senior level, winning gold at the 2026 World Lacrosse chamionship — Shea Baker, Shea Dolce, Brigid Duffy, Kori Edmondson, Emma LoPinto, Emma Muchnick and Madison Taylor.</p>
